Field Observations

Geographic Information Systems (GIS)
Computer software used to store, analyze, layer, and display spatial data and geographical relationships.
Satellite Navigation Systems (GPS)
Technology that uses satellite signals to determine precise absolute locations, define boundaries, and navigate paths.
Remote Sensing.
The process of gathering environmental data about Earth's surface using satellites or high-altitude aerial photography
