body temp, Pulse, respiration, BP, blood O2 level (pulse oximetry) and maybe pain level

objective information

signs- measurements that can be verified by medical professional

subjective information

symptoms- based on personal experience or feelings of the patient

Adult temp range

36.5-37.5 degrees celsius, or 97.6-99.6 degrees fahrenheit

respiration rate

12-20 respirations per min

BP normal systolic

90-119 mmHg

BP normal diastolic

60-79 mmHg

Low BP

below 90 mmHg OR below 60 mmHg

elevated

120- 129 mmHg, and still less than 80 mmHg

Stage 1 hypertension

130-139 mmHg OR 80-89 mmHg

Stage 2 hypertension

At or over 140 mmHg OR At or over 90 mmHg

Hypertensive hypertension

Over 180 mmHg and/or over 120 mmHg
