Insertion Anomaly

Can’t insert data unless other required data is available.

E.g Can’t add student if course isn’t decided.

Update Anomaly

Updating data in one place requires updates everywhere.

E.g Changing college rank needs changes in all entries.

Deletion Anomaly

Deleting a record removes important unrelated info.

E.g Deleting a student also deletes college details.
