What is life satisfaction?
The overall assessment a person makes of their life and their own personal experiences.
Reflecting on your career, relationships, and achievements and concluding, "Overall, I am highly satisfied with my life choices
Positive affect vs negative
Positive: the frequent and sustained experience of joy
Frequently feeling joy during a hobby, experiencing gratitude toward loved ones, or feeling a sense of deep engagement at work
Negative: The relative absence of frequent distressing emotions
Infrequently feeling intense anger, chronic worry, or sadness.

Define Environmental mastery
Rather than accepting things for how they are, especially if they’re negative. Individuals will manipulate the surroundings to fit their personal needs.
