EX) 咱們一起吃飯 →We will eat food (咱們 could be the speaker and some other people including the listener)

EX: 你租房子不要租在馬路邊， 要不然會很吵！(You should not rent a house near a intersection, otherwise there will be a lot of noise)

Fēi…. Bùkě - have to;must
1. If something doesn’t happen, then a negative consequence happens
EX: 你不做功課，考試非不好不可。（If you don’t do your homework, you’re going to do bad on the test)
2. Show strong resolution and will
EX: 我做功課非做中國功課不可，要不然我不做功課。
