White Chocolate Raspberry Martini
1oz Raspberry, 1.5oz White Creme de Cocao, 1 squirt of Whipped Cream. Garnish: Rasp. Syrup on glass.
Lemoncello Martini
1.5oz Citrus Vodka, 3/4oz Lemoncello, 3/4oz Sour Mix. Garnish: Sugar rim and Lemon.

1.5oz Citrus Vodka, 3/4oz Triple Sec, 3/4oz Sour Mix. Garnish: Sugar rim and Lemon.
Red Sangeria
4oz House Pinot Noir, 1.5oz Blackberry Brandy, 1/2oz Peach Schnapps, Top with Sprite. Muddle with Fruit, Brandy, and Schnapps, then shake with Pinot Noir. Garnish: Cherry and Orange.
White Sangeria
4oz House Pinot Grigio, 2 oz Peach Schnapps, Top with Sprite. Muddle with Fruit and Schnapps, then shake with Pinot Grigio. Garnish: Cherry and Orange.

Cosmo Martini
2oz Well Vodka, 3/4oz Triple Sec, 3/4oz Lime Juice, 1oz of Cranberry Juice.
John Collins and Tom Collins
2oz Jameson if John (Well Gin if Tom), 1/2oz Lime Juice, 1.2 oz Club Soda, Splash of Simple Syrup. Garnish with Lemon Wheel and Cherry.
Manhattan
2oz Well Bourbon, 1oz Sweet Vermouth, 2 dashes of Bitters. Stir for 10-15 seconds then strain. If on the rocks then one large ice cube of available it will usually be served up (chilled in a martini glass) garnished cherry and orange peel.
Tequila Sunrise
1.5oz Well Tequila, 4oz Orange Juice, ½oz Grenadine on top.
Black Demure
2oz Four Roses, splash of lemon juice, 1/4oz Cointreau, 1/4oz Creme de Mure
Peach Margarita
1.5oz Sauza Tequila, 2oz Peach Puree, splash of lime juice and triple sec and Peach Schnapps.
Milano 43
1.5oz Licor 43, 1oz Well Tequila, 1oz Orange Juice, 1oz Passionfruit Juice, splash of lime juice.
Negroni
1oz Campari, 1oz Gin, 1oz Sweet Red Vermouth Garnish: Orange peel Large ice cube
Old Fashion
2oz Bourbon put 2 dashes of bitters on sugar cube (Muddle half an orange very small splash of cherry juice and one sugar cube then pour bourbon stir them strain to a new glass with large ice cube)
