Conduction
Conduction is the transfer of heat from two touching solid objects in direct contact. e.g. warmth from the fire to the hot pan to the food inside the pan
Convection
Convection is the transfer of heat by the rising of warm material and sinking of cool material. This makes a continuous circulation of material and transfer of heat.
Radiation
Radiation is the transfer of energy of energy as electromagnetic waves that can be felt across the room. They can travel from one place to another.
