Patients not fully completing a course of antibiotics, the overuse of antibiotics (such as if a doctor is not sure if the patient has a bacterial infection - if they have a viral infection, antibiotics will not be effective at all), use of antibiotics in farming and agriculture

What are some concerns about antibiotic resistance?

That in the future, there will be bacteria which are completely resistant to all forms of antibiotics
