Atum
An ancient Egyptian god associated with the sun. Atum is believed to represent the concept of completeness and the setting sun. He is the creator of Heliopolitan Cosmology.
Osiris
An ancient Egyptian god who was depicted as a the first king of Egypt and father of Horus. Osiris is associated with the cycle of life and death.
Isis
Goddess who’s the daughter of Geb and Net. Secondary figure to her husband Osiris and protector of women and children.
Maat
A goddess characterized by a sense of order that intertwines all aspects of daily behavior with cosmic order and harmony. It is the embodiment of truth and universal balance.
Ptah
He is the “craftsman” god of Memphis. Ptah is the Creator god in the tradition of Memphis.
Hathor
The Egyptian goddess of female sexuality. Hathor means “House of Horus” and she is associated with the sky.
Thoth
Epyptian God of writing and wisdom. He is associated by Greeks with Hermes and being the creator of language.
Anubis
Anubis is the god of mummification and protector of mummies. He oversaw afterlife and defended against chaos.
Seth
Evil god who killed his brother Osiris. He defended the Bark of Re from the serpent Apophis.
Amun
Local god of Thebes and state god of Egypt in the New Kingdom and later years. Known as the chief god and creator of the universe.
