Dialing-in Espresso

The process of taring the Porta Filter (zeroing out), adding $19.5\,grams$ of espresso, and aiming for a pull time between $28$ and $32$ seconds.

Coarser Adjustment

An adjustment made while running the grinder to speed water up and pull shots faster if they are currently pulling at $40$ seconds.

Finer Adjustment

An adjustment made while running the grinder to make water pass through slower if shots are currently pulling at $19$ seconds.

Cold Foam

A topping made from $2\,oz$ heavy cream, $2$ pumps of sauce, and $3$ pumps of syrup.

Crunch

Maple Bits offered as an add-on for a $.75$ upcharge.
