• this concept is foundational in daoism, and is very evident within zhuangzi & daodejing with daodejing mirroring the Way in its elusiveness and hard to explain the mysteries of the universe

daoism - in order to obtain harmony + peace we need to find a balance between ourselves as individuals and the universe
