Average Atomic Mass
The mean relative mass of the atoms of the different isotopes in an element.
Isotopes
Most elements occur as a mixture of these. Scientists average the masses of these to get an average. This average is the mass found on the periodic table.
Percent Abundance
Refers to the proportion of a specific isotope in a sample; expressed as a percentage.
