Good Driving Posture

your foot pivots smoothly from brake to accelerator while heel is on the floor.

the tip of the steering wheel is no higher than the top of shoulders and below chin level.

there is at least 10 inches between chest and steering wheel.

head restraint contacts back of the head and not below the level of your ears

inside rear view mirror adjustments

adjust so it frames the rear windows, and traffic flow to the vehicles rear is in the mirror

left side mirror adjustments

Rest your head against the closed driver-side window and adjust the mirror until the vehicle's left edge is barely visible.

right side mirror adjustments

lean to the right so your head is directly above the center console.

adjust the mirror on the right side so that the rear edge of the vehicle can barely be seen

adjustments to outside mirrors
