The process of updating something or making it work in a current setting

Military Installations

A base, camp, station, yard, center, homeport, or other operation under the command of the U.S. Department of Defense

Mechanization

The process of changing from working largely or exclusively by hand or with animals to doing that work with machinery

Civilian

A person not in the military or armed forces.

Combat

Fighting between armed forces

Negotiations

Discussion aimed at reaching an agreement.

Urbanization

The process of people moving from rural areas to cities, causing cities to grow in size and population

Munition

Military weapons, ammunition, equipment, and supplies

Deployed

Movement of troops into position for military action

Soldiers marching or fighting on foot

A collection of weapons and military equipment stored by country, person, or a group
