Quality Management
The assembly and management of all activities aimed at producing quality by organizations.
Quality System

Total Quality Management (TQM)
An approach that includes leadership, ethics, social aspects, and organizational responsibility.
Quality Assurance
Planned and systematic actions that ensure products, processes, or services meet quality standards.
ISO Definition

Quality Control
A process employed to ensure a certain level of quality in a product or service, covering actions for control and verification of quality.
Five Ws in Quality Control

Process Control
A structured, sequential problem-solving method including identification and analysis of problems.
Kaizen

Histogram

5S Methodology

Statistical Process Control
Method to monitor and control a process to ensure its stability over time.
Zero Defects
