The SARA model:

• Scanning - A reoccurring issue within communities.

• Analysis - Collecting data to find out why this reoccurring disorder is happening.

• Response - Build a custom action plan to fix underlying conditions.

• Assessment - Checking if the plan has or has not worked to lower crime or disorder.
