Onset, Location, Duration, Characteristics, Aggravating Factors, Relieving Factors, Treatment, Severity (0-10)
Vital Sign Assessments:
Temperature, Radial Pulse/HR, Respirations, Oxygen Saturation, BP

-Select proper equipment (oral,temporal)
