Debt Management Partner (DMP)
A partner entity whose primary goal is to provide debt relief options for consumers to manage their debt.
Sticky Deal
A type of deal characterized by behaviors that improve client outcomes while simultaneously protecting sales commissions.
NDR Sale
National Debt Relief sales approach which is categorized as being both a consultative sale and an emotional sale.
QC (Qualified Conversion)
A sales performance metric that improves when specific quality behaviors and conversion criteria are met during the sales process.
Performance Improvement Plan (PIP)
A formal plan triggered by specific performance metrics to address and improve an individual's sales results.
KBA
Stands for Knowledge Based Authentication; a verification process used in Salesforce to confirm a client's identity for an EAF file.
EAF file
A file type processed within Salesforce that requires a client to pass the KBA (Knowledge Based Authentication) check.
