Calling

An invitation or summons originating from the Latin word vocatio; while often equated with a job, profession, or occupation, it represents something broader.

Organizational Behavior (OB)

The systematic inquiry and application of knowledge about how individuals and groups act within the organizations where they work.

Management

Planning, organizing, leading, controlling human and other resources toward organizational goals.

Leadership

The skills of influencing people to enthusiastically work toward shared goals, with authentic character that inspires confidence.
