Présent de l'indicatif
Used to express habitual actions, general truths, states, and narrative present.
Formation du présent (1er groupe)
Conjugation for 'er' verbs: je parle, tu parles, il/elle/on parle, nous parlons, vous parlez, ils/elles parlent.
Futur proche
Expressed as 'aller' (present) + infinitif, indicating imminent actions or clear intentions.
Futur simple
Formation: Infinitif + endings -ai, -as, -a, -ons, -ez, -ont; used for future actions, promises, and predictions.
Imparfait
Used for past habitual actions, descriptions, and ongoing past actions.
Conditionnel présent
Used to express hypotheses, advice, polite requests, and wishes. Formation: 'would' + verb.
Passé composé
Expresses completed actions, events, and main actions in narratives. Formed with auxiliary verb and past participle.
Accord du participe passé avec être
Participle always agrees with the subject when using 'être'.
