Bias
the tendency to favor one group, person, or thing over another. Usually based on cultural norms, personal experiences, and societal influences. Positive or negative.
Media
The ways in which society communicates information.
Prejudice
Is usually negative, and can be used to justify actions or views towards entire groups of people. Rooted in stereotypes, suspicion, or fear.
Ideologically Driven
Send home 1 idea. Heavy in elections.
Agenda Setting
when media chooses to focus on specific topics or events instead of others. It isn’t that they don’t cover all stories, but they choose to focus on some stories over others.
Consumer-Driven Media (Echo Chamber)
Shown more of what you look at. One sided, fake news.

Cherry Picking information, not false but shows only one side
