Histological Tissue Components
Tissue structure featuring cellular elements (Cytoplasme, Noyaux) alongside extracellular components (Matrice extracellulaire) and blood elements (Hématies).
Cytoplasme
The cellular cytoplasm region surrounding the nucleus, identified in the superficial cellular layer of the histological section.
Noyaux
Cell nuclei visible as distinct stained structures within the cellular layer and underlying tissue in the histological section.
Matrice extracellulaire
Extracellular matrix supporting the cell layer, located between the surface epithelium and underlying vascular structures.
Hématies
Red blood cells visible inside blood vessels located within the extracellular matrix layer of the histological section.
Electron Microscopy Systems
Microscopy systems utilizing an electron gun (Canon à électrons) and a vacuum column (Colonne sous vide), configured with either a fixed electron beam (Faisceau fixe d'électrons) or a mobile electron beam (Faisceau mobile d'électrons).
Canon à électrons
The electron gun positioned at the top of the electron microscope column that generates the electron beam.
Colonne sous vide
The vacuum column through which the electron beam travels in electron microscopy configurations.
Faisceau fixe d'électrons
A stationary electron beam that passes directly through a sample (Echantillon) onto a detection plate (Plaque révélatrice).
Faisceau mobile d'électrons
A scanning mobile electron beam focused by electromagnets (Electro-aimants) to scan across an object.
Plaque révélatrice
The revealing/detector plate situated at the base of the fixed electron beam microscope to record transmitted electron signals.
Electro-aimants
Electromagnets positioned inside the vacuum column used to manipulate and focus the mobile electron beam.
Capteur
The detector or sensor that captures signals emitted from the object when scanned by the mobile electron beam.
