No CMT operating AND sustained RCS HL <20% (58% adverse)

Ruptured SG NR >96%
OR
Ruptured SG AND secondary integrity no established per Att 1 SG fault
Go To ES-1.3 ADS1-3 response and Go To E-1 loss of Pri/Sec coolant
FOP ADS 4 actuation criteria?
If ES-1.4 ADS 4 response not performed and:
CMT lower NR <56%
OR
No CMT and sustained RCS HL <20% (58% adverse)
