First Amendment (I)

Ninth Amendment (IX)
Acknowledges that the enumeration of certain rights in the Constitution does not deny or disparage other rights retained by the people. This amendment emphasizes that individuals have more rights than those explicitly listed in the Constitution.
Tenth Amendment (X)
Reserves powers not delegated to the federal government to the states or the people. This amendment underscores the principle of federalism in the Constitution.
