gabapentin
somnolence (19%), dizziness (17%), ataxia (12%), fatigue (11%), nystagmus (8%), tremor (7%), diplopia (6%), rhinitis and blurred vision (4%); uncommon/rare effects include elevated creatine kinase and rhabdomyolysis
lisinopril
dizziness (6%), HA (5%), fatigue (3%), cough (3%), diarrhea (3%)
furosemide
dizziness, orthostatic hypotension, dry mouth, hearing loss, N/V, weakness, muscle cramps, paresthesia, anemia, photosensitivity, purpura, rash, and hyperglycemia

trazadone hydrochloride
drowsiness, dry mouth, hypotension, dizziness, confusion, fatigue, HA, PRIAPISM, nausea, vomiting
pantoprazole sodium

prednisone
blurred vision, upset stomach, nausea, vomiting, fluid and electrolyte disturbances, Cushing's syndrome, increased susceptibility to infections, osteoporosis, vertebral compression, various behavioral disturbances, peptic ulceration, myopathy, suppression of growth in children, and signs of adrenal suppression
montelukast sodium
closely resemble those found with placebo and include HA, flu, cough, abdominal pain, dyspepsia, dizziness; rare cases of psychiatric disorders including agitation, aggressive behavior, abnormal dreams, depression, and suicidal thoughts.
