The students do their homework in the afternoons.

Tense: Simple Present Tense (Passive)

The homework is done by the students (them) in the afternoons.

Tense: Present Continuous (Active)

My mom is baking a cake right now.

Tense: Present Continuous (Passive)

A cake is being baked by my mom (her) right now.

Tense: Simple Past Tense (Active)

Mike didn't take the dogs for a walk last night.

Tense: Simple Past Tense (Passive)

The dogs weren't taken for a walk by Mike (him) last night.

Tense: Past Progressive (Active)

Were you helping your mom yesterday evening?

Tense: Past Progressive (Passive)

Was your mom being helped by you yesterday evening?

Tense: Present Perfect (Active)

The secretary has not completed the work yet.

Tense: Present Perfect (Passive)

The work hasn't been completed by the secretary (her) yet.

Tense: Past Perfect (Active)

My sunglasses had been broken by Sam (him).
