• Contractors reviews the drawings / specifications, ask any clarifying questions and bid for the project based on the drawings / specifications
• Designers may be asked to attend meetings to address any design issues during the bidding / construction stage
• Consultant/Peer Reviewer to review the output of designer

• Owner prefers to transact with a sole entity
• Accelerates the construction timeline since the contractor has direct communication with designer
