Definition of a Media Form
The means and channels by which media is created, produced, distributed and consumed.
Media Form - Audio
Audio Media includes any form of content that is primarily auditory, such as music, podcasts, radio broadcasts, and sound recordings. It engages the sense of hearing, allowing people to listen to spoken words, music, sound effects and other auditory stimuli
Media Form - Still Images
Still images refer to visual content that remains static and does not exhibit motion. They convey information, evoke emotions, and enhance storytelling through composition, colour and subject matter
Media Form - Print
Print media relies on ink and paper for distribution and consumption. It has been primary means of mass communication for centuries, providing news coverage, entertainment and advertising to a wide audience. While digital media has gained prominence, print media continues to play a significant role in informing and engaging readers worldwide.
