an A.M.S situation can occur when the patient doesn't remember several or a few details like (person, place, time and event).
WHY dose A.M.S occur/Happen?
can either be form head trauma or when a patient has a disease like alzheimer's or Dementia.
When is A.M.S concerning?
whenever a young parent dosen’t remember their name or a date like their birthday. not much concerning if its an older patient due to old age but still note worthy

The primary reason why the patient is seeking medical help.
