WHEN can A.M.S occur/Happen?

an A.M.S situation can occur when the patient doesn't remember several or a few details like (person, place, time and event).

WHY dose A.M.S occur/Happen?

can either be form head trauma or when a patient has a disease like alzheimer's or Dementia.

When is A.M.S concerning?

whenever a young parent dosen’t remember their name or a date like their birthday. not much concerning if its an older patient due to old age but still note worthy

What is Chief Complaint?

The primary reason why the patient is seeking medical help.

What can be a Chief Complaint?

What is an Immediate life threat?

A condition that can/is become or is severe or cause immediate death.
