When the tax collectors came to Daniel Shays, a farmer from Massachusetts he refused to pay them and ran the tax collectors out.

-Farmers out in Western mass refuse to pay taxes and they then get weapons out of an armory
-Eventually a state militia is put together and puts down the Rebellion .... But it demonstrates we have a big problem
