Who established Speech Acts
Locutionary Act
Saying the word as a means of informing; meaningful utterance. It involves the actual words or phrases spoken and their literal meaning, regardless of the speaker's intent or the context.
Illocutionary Act
purpose or the intent of the words;
aking a request, giving a command, asking a question, making a promise, or giving an apology.
perlocutionary act
the effect that prompted the listener to take action
