what does bandura believe
that people can learn by watching behaviour of others
what did he believe about children and behaviours
that if children watch adults being punished or enjoying an activity thwy will repeat or reject those behaviours
bandura refereed to these people as what and why
as models because they model behaviour
what was bandura’s experiment
involved a bobo doll. he exposed children to an aggressive adult and a non aggressive adult. in the aggressive model, adult kicked, threw, punched, hit the bobo doll. children would then be in a room without any adults and observed to see what behaviours they displayed
what was the outcome for the chilldren
that after watching both behaviours, showed that the children who watched the aggressive adult, repeated the behaviours, even tried to cause more harm with a toy gun and the others non agressive
aggression and violence are produced by what
provocation, learning aggresive skills, expected success or rewards, pro violence values
people pay attention to who and tend to do what
people pay attention to their models and tend to repeat/copy their behaviour
criminal behaviour can be what
learnt and observed through others
