BLS

• Ensure patent airway

• O2 saturation PRN

• O2 and/or ventilate PRN

• NPO

• Transport suspected symptomatic AAA to facility with surgical resources immediately available

ALS

• Monitor/ECG

• IV/IO

• Treat per Pain Management Protocol

Suspected volume depletion: 500ml fluid bonus IV/IO, MR x1

Suspected AAA: 500ml fluid bonus IV/IO to maintain SBP greater or equal to 80 mmHG, MR x1

For nausea or vomiting: Ondansetron 4mg IV/IM/ODT, MR x1 in 10 min
