Implicit Association Test (IAT)
A psychological assessment tool that measures the strength of associations between concepts, often used to evaluate implicit biases.

Stereotype Threat
The risk of confirming negative stereotypes about one's group, which can adversely affect performance.

An ideology that recognizes, appreciates, and seeks to understand the differences among racial and ethnic groups.
