Random Sampling

People from the sample frame come forward to be tested

Researcher uses Ps who are on hand at that time

Participants are intially recriuited by the psychologist and then those participants further recruit

target group is divided into sub groups then the participants are selected randomly from each group
Quota sampling
Target frame is divided into sub groups and the researcher choses the participants at their convenience

every nth person on a list is selected by researcher
