PUNTING

to kick (something, such as a football or soccer ball) with the top of the foot before the ball which is dropped from the hands hits the ground

CROWD

a large number of persons especially when collected together

SECRET

something kept hidden or unexplained

FUMBLE

to search for something by reaching or touching with your fingers in an awkward or clumsy way

POND

a body of water usually smaller than a lake

HEALTH

the condition of being sound in body, mind, or spirit

PARDON

to officially say that someone who is guilty of a crime will be allowed to go free and will not be punished

SHAKE

to move sometimes violently back and forth or up and down with short, quick movements

KIDDO

—used by an adult to speak to a young person

PROOF

something which shows that something else is true or correct

GORP

a snack consisting of high-energy food (such as raisins and nuts)

TOWN

a compactly settled area usually larger than a village but smaller than a city

BINGO

a game in which players match numbered squares on a card with numbers that are called out until someone wins by matching five squares in a row
