Enterprise Data Model (EDM)

Information Systems Architecture (ISA)

Functional Decomposition

A detailed, well-planned development process for information systems that is time-consuming but comprehensive.
Prototyping
A rapid application development methodology that emphasizes quick development of an initial prototype to gather feedback and refine the system.
Gantt Chart
A project management tool that visually represents the amount of work done or planned over time.
PERT Chart
A project management tool that visually represents project tasks, dependencies, and timelines to aid in scheduling and tracking projects.
Strategic Planning Factors
Elements that include organizational goals, critical success factors, and problem areas necessary for aligning technology with business strategies.
