Why were the Voting Rights needed when the 15th Amendment was already in place?

because of the Literacy Tests, Poll Tax, and Grandfather Clause; the Southern states were doing whatever they can to ensure that Black people couldn’t vote, so, an Amendment had to be made to change that; this provided federal protection for the Black community to vote

Because Jackson’s presidency would be very different since he valued very different things; he was a very popular man and the people loved him; it was chaotic because he has won popular vote before, but still didn’t become president because of the electoral college, but now that he has, people are going insane because they love him and his nice and different ideas
