Snatch and clean & jerk. There are 3 attempts for either lift.

Bar goes up above head, head goes through the bar
(Overhead Progressions) Push Press
Dip down in the knees, push up and finish in a military press stance
(Overhead Progressions) Power Jerk
Start in front squat position, dip down in the knees, push back up, end in a military press stance
(Overhead Progressions) Split Jerk
Start in a front squat position, split your legs and dip down (front should be straight down, back foot off the ground), stand up and bring feet together to finish in a military press stance
