Recreation

It is an individual’s preferred pleasurable and enjoyable activities in which they engage during leisure time. It is voluntary participation in an activity during free and unobligated time that gives enjoyment. It refreshed one’s mind and body after a day’s work. It embraces both indoor and outdoor activities that refer to sports and exercise, leading to the entertainment of enjoyment as well as managing our desired weight. It refers to the time spent in an activity one loves to engage in, with the intent to feel refreshed. A break from monotony, and diversion from the daily routine, and a positive change from the stereotypical lifestyle.
