What do both systems do
They detect and respond to stimuli to maintain homeostasis
What are the two parts of the endocrine system
Central NS, and Peripheral NS
Central NS
brain and spinal cord, does the information process (made up by neurons)
Peripheral NS
includes all nerves outside the body, nerves that connect the central NS to the rest of the body (includes all nerves outside the body) and does maintaining and responding
