Shoulder Joints
Sternoclavicular Joint: sternum and clavicle (only place where bone of appendicular touches axial in upperlimb)
Acromioclavicular: Acromion process and clavicle
Scapulothoracic joint: Not a real joint because no bone to bone contact, where the scapula rubs against the back
Glenohumeral joint: between humeral head and glenoid fossa

This is what happens when you fall, you tuck and roll this injures the acromioclavicular joint to make it better.

Acromion process, coracoid process, glenoid fossa, subscapular fossa, supraspinous fossa, infraspinous fossa , spine of scapula.

Bones of Humerus
Greater tubericle, lesser tubercle, intertubercular groove, deltoid tuberosity, lateral epicondyle, medial epicondyle, capitulum, trochlea, olechranon fossa (where the bump goes when arm is extended).
