Retractions. Muscles pulling inward above collarbones, or btw ribs. Easier to see in children/elderly.

Blue, grey, pale, mottled, dusky.
Where does cyanosis appear?
Face, mouth, hands, tip of nose, toes, ears, mouth/cheek tissue.
What is the normal rate of breathing?
12-20 breaths per minute.
