Forward
There are three ____ on a floor hockey team. They are the players who try to score goals.

Center

4 (Forward, Center, Defenders and Goalie)
Goal
When the puck completely crosses the goal line. It cannot be scored when a teammate is standing in the opposite crease and the puck cannot be kicked into this area. Counts as one point.
Crease
The area surrounding the net. The goalie should remain in this area during play. Only the goalie is allowed in.
Face Off
A game begins with a ____ at the center of the playing area. Used after the team scores a goal.
Hat Trick
When a player scores three goals in a single game.
Power Play
This is when a team has one more player than their opponent because of a penalty.
Rebound
A puck that bounces off the goalie or goal post.
Assist

Backhand
hitting the birdie on the non-racquet side (non-dominant) of the body.

overhand stroke driving the birdie high and deep into the opponent's court
Underhand Clear
underhand stroke driving the birdie high and deep into the opponent's court
Drop
a short shot in which the birdie just clears the net, and falls close to the net in the opponent's court.
Smash
an overhead stroke in which the birdie travels at a downward angle (spike).
Drive
a hard, horizontal stroke that just clears the net.
