Presence of blood in the anterior chamber.

hypopyon

Pus in the anterior chamber.

irregular pupil

Pupil shape that is not round.

pigmented lesions

Dark spots on the iris.

neovascularization

Formation of new blood vessels in the iris.

phakic

Having one's own natural lens.

cataract

Clouding of the lens, can be clear, white, or brown.

pseudophakic

Having a prosthetic lens.
