Character

refers to a combination of personal standards of behaviors or traits, such as integrity and moral strength

Code of ethics

a written pledge to make responsible, moral decisions

Core values

these are long-term attributes; they don’t change from day to day or situation to situation. Because each person has different educational and life experiences, core values are not the same for everyone

Ethics

guidelines or accepted beliefs about what is right or wrong, good or bad. Business ethics apply these principles to day-to-day decisions and activities in the workplace

Morals

are similar in meaning to values and are generally considered to be principles or rules for behaving in the right manner.

Stakeholders

persons who have a vested interest in the company.

Values
