Tribunal
A court or forum established to administer justice, often with specialized jurisdiction.
Doctrine
A fundamental principle or belief, especially one forming part of a system of law or religion, often based on legal precedents.
Rite
A religious or solemn ceremony consisting of a series of actions performed according to a prescribed order.
Heraldry
The system by which coats of arms and other armorial bearings are devised, described, and regulated.
Bastion
A projecting part of a fortification built at an angle to the line of a wall, so as to allow defensive fire in several directions; a fortified stronghold.
Ethos
The characteristic spirit of a culture, era, or community as manifested in its beliefs and aspirations.
Regiment
A permanent unit of an army, typically commanded by a colonel and divided into several companies, squadrons, or batteries.
Battalion
A large body of troops prepared for battle, typically consisting of around 300-800 soldiers and forming part of a regiment or larger formation.
Vanguard
A group of people leading the way in new developments or ideas; the forefront of an action or movement.
Phalanx
A body of troops or police officers standing or moving in close formation, often rectangular, to provide mutual support and protection.
Militia
A military force that is raised from the civil population to supplement a regular army in an emergency, often for local defense.
Conscription
Compulsory enlistment for state service, typically into the armed forces, requiring individuals to serve for a specified period.
Armament
Military weapons and equipment used in warfare, including firearms, artillery, and other instruments of combat.
Siege
A military operation in which enemy forces surround a town or building, cutting off essential supplies, with the aim of compelling the surrender of those inside.
Fealty
A feudal tenant's or vassal's sworn loyalty to a lord, often demonstrated through service and allegiance.
Decree
An official order issued by a legal authority, often having the force of law and requiring obedience.
Diplomacy
The art of conducting negotiations between nations, typically carried out by diplomats and aimed at maintaining peaceful relations.
Espionage

Sanction
A commercial or financial penalty applied for disobeying a law or rule, often imposed by international bodies or governments.
Entourage

Regency

Coronation
