1) divide your paper in 2 or 3 COLUMNS (do not fold paper)

2) use a catchy TITLE

3) write an INTRODUCTION (which is going to make your audience interested)

4) use SUBTITLES (to divide each paragraph/part)

5) use EXAMPLES and FACTS to prove what you are saying

6) use PUNCTUATION (? ! bold, italics, underline)

7) stay consistent in your REGISTER ( use vous, nous, or tu, but stay consistent)

8) engage audience by asking them QUESTIONS

9) use PICTURES (draw a box and add a caption)

10) write a short but to the point CONCLUSION

-Presents facts to convince an audience of something.. so ensure your speech is well structured.

-It is also important to choose the appropriate register for your audience .

1)Address your audience (Chers collègues, Mesdames et Messieurs)

2)Include a short but catchy intro to your topic.

3)Keep audience engaged by asking rhetorical questions.

4)Use repetitions and "règles de 3" (repetitions of a word and an idea 3 times in a row)

5) Use punctuation to convey emotions on paper

6)Write in italics and bold or underline words that you want to insist on.

7)Give examples and facts to prove what you are saying.

8)Miss a line or two between each paragraph.

9)If you want to address yourself use "nous", "je", and "moi" (be consistent).

10) You need a short but sharp conclusion.
