Values Development Program
A program aimed at developing positive attitudes, good character, responsible behavior, respect for others, ethical decision-making, leadership qualities, and community concern.

Understanding one's strengths, weaknesses, feelings, thoughts, and behaviors in order to recognize areas for improvement and how actions affect others.
Respect
Recognizing the worth, dignity, rights, and feelings of other people.

Telling the truth and avoiding deception to establish trust in relationships.

Republic Act No. 10627
Known as the Anti-Bullying Act of 2013, a law requiring basic education schools to establish policies and procedures for preventing and addressing bullying.
Physical Bullying
Bullying actions that include punching, pushing, kicking, and slapping.
Verbal Bullying
Bullying actions including name-calling, foul language, slander, and negative comments about a person's appearance.
Cyberbullying
Bullying through technology or electronic means, such as social media, text messages, or other forms of electronic communication.
Conflict of Values
A situation that occurs when a person has to choose between two or more things that are important to him or her.
Living One's Values
Putting beliefs and principles into practice through actual decisions and actions rather than just words.
Empowered Leader
A leader who has a clear sense of purpose, makes responsible decisions, takes initiative, serves others, and inspires people through actions.
