Coplanar
Points that lie on the same plane.
Plane
A flat surface that has no thickness and extends forever.
Line
A straight path that has no thickness and extends forever.
Point
A location that has no size.
Collinear
Points that lie on the same line.
Adjacent Angles
Two angles in the same plane with a common vertex and a common side.
Complementary Angles
Two angles whose measures have a sum of 90∘.
Supplementary Angles
Two angles whose measures have a sum of 180∘.
Angle Bisector
A ray that divides an angle into two congruent angles.
Linear Pair
A pair of adjacent angles whose noncommon sides are opposite rays.
Intersection of Two Lines
A point where two lines cross.
Intersection of Two Planes
A line formed where two planes cross.
Intersection of a Line and a Plane
A single point where a line penetrates a plane.
Distance Formula

Midpoint Formula
MP=(2x1+x2,2y1+y2)
Converse Statement
A conditional statement formed by reversing the hypothesis and conclusion (q→p).
Inverse Statement
A conditional statement formed by negating both the hypothesis and conclusion (∼p→∼q).
Contrapositive Statement
A conditional statement formed by negating and reversing both the hypothesis and conclusion (∼q→∼p).
Biconditional Statement
A statement combining a conditional statement and its converse using the phrase 'if and only if'.
